Online conference for exchange on implementing climate goals
On June 2 and 3, 2022, climate experts, decision-makers, and companies will come together for the third Climate Transformation Summit to drive climate transformation forward. The virtual conference provides a forum for companies to network and exchange ideas on how to best achieve their climate goals. First Climate is participating in the event as sponsor and exhibitor.
This year’s interactive online conference, organized by Berlin-based startup, The Climate Choice, will focus on the practical implementation of climate goals along the entire value chain. The startup’s goal: Support ambitious companies from various industries in their climate transformation commitment with transparent and practical expertise to further promote the decarbonization of the economy.
CTS 2022 is focusing on companies that are already actively applying climate protection measures and have experience in implementing their Net Zero targets along their supply chain, the challenges they may have faced in the process, and what best practices are. Climate experts, climate protection service providers, and companies from diverse industries will exchange ideas on appropriate measures at the online exhibition, as well as in interactive panels, fireside chats and workshops. Climate protection service providers will present solutions for measuring, reducing, and offsetting carbon emissions and advise on best practices. The event brings companies and experts together and provides an opportunity for networking.
First Climate helps shape climate transformation
This year, First Climate is again participating as a CTS sponsor and exhibitor. At the online panel discussion "Becoming truly climate neutral", speakers from various sectors will address a central question: How can companies initiate climate transformation?
Moderator Sandra Broschat (Futurewoman) will join Therese Seiringer (Vodafone), Steffen Kück (Ørsted) and Mike Hatert, COO of First Climate Markets AG, in a panel discussion on this topic. The experts will share their expertise in dealing with the consequences of climate change in their companies, such as the reduction of greenhouse gases, and on associated risks and opportunities. There will also be an opportunity for audience questions to the panelists following the discussion.

First Climate will also have a virtual stand at the online exhibition. Participants will be able to engage in one-on-one chats with First Climate experts Alina Juncker and Vincent Erasmy to learn about the provider’s innovative climate protection solutions and best practices. The booth will be open from 09:00 - 18:00.
