Olaf Bachert becomes new CEO of First Climate Markets AG
As of 1st June 2021, Olaf Bachert will be the new CEO of First Climate Markets AG. Prior to this, Olaf was the head of the First Climate Markets supervisory board. He now takes over the CEO position from Dr Jochen Gassner, who has decided to leave the company.
“I wish to personally, and also on behalf of the supervisory board, thank Jochen Gassner for the excellent and highly successful work he has done in his various positions of responsibility throughout the last 14 years, in particular most recently as CEO of First Climate Markets AG,” emphasized Olaf, while providing his farewell to Jochen. Olaf praised his predecessor’s contribution to the successful development and growth of the company.
“I am looking forward to continuing this development, together with the motivated and highly competent team at First Climate Markets AG, and I plan to further expand our company’s position as a leading provider of corporate climate protection solutions,” explains Olaf.
